all started when…We all have a story to tell, and I believe everyone's story deserves to be heard. It is an honor for me to hear yours.

My passion for helping people started when I was a young child. Through my own hurts and healing, I have learned the value of secure relationships and understanding, which are the foundation of my practice. I find joy in coming alongside people when they are at their lowest. My role in your story is to be a companion rather than an expert. I know starting counseling can be scary (and hopefully exciting). I desire for each of my clients to find wholeness and freedom from the strongholds that may be gripping them.

I have a heart for adolescents and adults. I have experience working with those who struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief/loss, codependency, and other life transitions. A new passion of mine is working with mothers who are either pregnant/postpartum or balancing the highs and lows of motherhood. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to share your story. While I have a Christian worldview, I will meet my clients wherever they are spiritually.

When not in session, you'll probably find me with a cup of coffee in hand, spending time with my husband, or baking a fresh loaf of sourdough bread.
